— On a daily basis we monitor rent payments to your account to ensure that rent arrears are kept to an absolute minimum. If a payment has been missed we phone the tenant to ensure that payment will be made that day. Needless to say, because our tenants know that we monitor rent collection daily, we seldom need to call.

To ensure that your investment is looked after we schedule Internal  Quarterly Property Inspections every 13 weeks. These are then followed up with a phone call and a written report to you.
